Queen West Art Crawl (QWAC) is a 3 day celebration of multidisciplinary creativity along the hippest street in Canada. The Outdoor Art Show and Sale, will see Trinity Bellwoods Park host 250 artists and their jury-selected works, as well as music, local food and a Kids Zone.
From Bathurst to Roncesvalles, exhibits, installations, and workshops can be found in galleries, studios, and businesses. The theme for QWAC 2010, “Intersections” will be represented by multi-disciplinary collaborations and innovative art mash-ups all weekend long. Special 2010 programming includes Art Battle – thrilling, live competitive painting during the opening night gala at the Gladstone, the Symposium Series, The Parkdale Prom and the Parkdale Nightcrawl.
